CinebaseParticipantHello XTEMOS,
We’ve been encountering a problem while uploading images via CSV into the system.
When the system sometimes can’t find an image in the media library, it will leave a blank file in the image gallery of the product called “Undefined”.
We’ve been trying to turn off other plugins without any changes.
We’ve also tried to swap around the themes for the website, but it only appears on Woodmart.July 2, 2020 at 1:34 pm #208192
Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
Regards

CinebaseParticipantWe’ve tried 2 other themes that are suitable for Woocommerce and only Woodmart shows the “undefined”

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin and FTP access so we can check it?
Thank you in advance

CinebaseParticipantUnfortunately our system doesn’t run on an FTP, tho we can provide you with an admin page.
We’ve tested the system turning off all the plugins that aren’t necessary to run it.July 2, 2020 at 2:11 pm #208215
Artem TemosKeymasterAt least send us your admin access. You can use our Private content field for this.

Artem TemosKeymasterWe don’t see this problem on your product page now https://gyazo.com/9e689e2deb37070515d6a8e498bcb559

CinebaseParticipantIt is not all the products, it’s that some products do show that problem, for instance:
July 3, 2020 at 7:29 am #208345
Artem TemosKeymasterIt seems that some images were removed but IDs are still stored in product gallery. Try to resave those products and that should fix the problem.
July 3, 2020 at 7:32 am #208349
CinebaseParticipantYes, we know that, but we will be uploading about 100-200 products a week, and if this persist we won’t be able to keep up with just saving by hand.
And this seem like a bug that shouldn’t exist, is there a way for you guys to fix this?July 3, 2020 at 7:33 am #208350
Artem TemosKeymasterIn this case, you need to be sure that you don’t add IDs of images to your product galleries that actually don’t exist. It would better solution then add some extra code.
July 3, 2020 at 11:49 am #208421
CinebaseParticipantWe can’t do this is a huge database.
All other themes work fine with this progress.
There needs to be a solution to remove the undefined images can you please help.July 3, 2020 at 1:07 pm #208432
Artem TemosKeymasterThis problem is with other themes as well https://prnt.sc/tb5h9a
We have tested on this problem https://dev.cinebase.nl/product/draad-met-lus-railbeugel-en-nippel-15-meter-grijs/ -
