unidentified item on footer

hey, i suddenly noticed this inverted comma below the footer to the left side. i don’t know how it came but it;s not good. please help me with this.

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back, however, You would better make the full backup of your site.

Seems that the issue in the custom code that comes from the “Code Snippets” plugin because after disabling it, the issue is gone.

So please disable it and recheck the issue.
