Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

I finally resolved this situation. It was problem with “exceeds total number of locks” in my MySQL database. I connected with my hosting provider and they resolve it.
