Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
Best Regards

duaijalduaijParticipantDear dev team,
We tried closed all the non theme related plugins and the issue persisted.
But we had to activate few plugins again, since our website is dependent on it and we have a traffic of about 3-6 thousand users a day, we cant afford to keep the site inactive.
Could you please recommend what can be done. Please note that i have shared the user credentials for you to access and check the admin panel, I hope we can find a resolution to the same.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Our theme provides one Promo popup that can be disabled in the Theme Settings > Shop > Promo popup. Another popup Cookie is at the bottom. You can disable it in the Theme Settings > Shop > cookies law.
Other pop-ups are from other plugins, deactivate them, then activate one by one checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
Best Regards

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme for some period, say, a few days and check the issue. If it is not possible to do on the live site, clone and move your site to a staging platform and test. Then activate the plugins one by one per day and check to detect which one causes the problem.
Best Regards
