Unknown product

    Hi.

    Problem 1)
    There is an unknown product showing on my Shop Page.
    Product Title is “0” and when I click on it, it shows the Blog Page and “Nothing Found” message.
    What is this and how can we delete it?
    See attachments.

    Problem 2)
    On mobile view, the Side Cart shows the buttons “View Cart” and “Checkout” on very wrong position. It shows them on top overlapping the products and not on the bottom as they should be.
    How can we solve this?

    Hello,

    1) Could you please check how it works with the default WordPress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

    Because the products are WooCommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.

    2) Please deactivate all the third-party plugins then check back.

    Product still remains after changing the theme.
    Why is this happening?

    Now that I re installed Woodmart, Filters area is gone from Shop Page.
    While in settings, i have set it up to show the Filters all the time.

    Hello,

    1. As the issue is the same with the default WordPress theme which clears that the issue is not from our theme.

    Sorry, but we could not help you with this because this is out of our theme support scope.

    2. I have visited your website and the filters are displayed.

    Oh ok I fixed this

    Problem 2 about Side Cart on mobile.

    I disabled Plugins but it did not work.
    It was working fine this morning.

    Can you help please?

    Can you please help me with the problem with the Side Cart buttons.
