Hello,

You will need to rename and assign products to it. This category cannot be deleted. Alternatively, you can set “hide empty” and keep this category empty and it will never appear.

Hello,

You can hide empty categories in the Theme Settings > Shop > Page title and one more option is provided in the Product Category widget in Appearance > Widgets > Shop page widget area.
