Did one of your freelance developers try to sign in from India? I see that their IP was blocked

    Hello,

Please Go to Theme Settings >> Products archive >> Shop filters and disable them. Then check back.

Hi Aizaz, thank you for the reply.
It doesn’t look like this made a difference – all of the filters still appear after clearing the filters, regardless of which filters I configured to appear through the Dynamic Widgets plugin.

    Hello,

Please deactivate the Dynamic Widgets plugin and try configuring the widgets in the Shop page widget area under Appearance >> Widgets.

    Best Regards

Hi Aizaz, we have over 70 dynamic widgets configured – configuring everything again through Appearance >> Widgets would take countless hours. Is this really the solution for the issue?

    #407009

    Hello,

To check the issue you need to deactivate the plugin and check with the default woocommerce widget options.

    Best Regards
