upadte blew up the site

After what I thought was a simple theme update yesterday, the site lost many of it’s preferences to too many items to list. This should not happen.

In addition, I go to try and return the settings to where they were manually, and many pages now display “you are not allowed to access this page”

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin and FTP access so we can check it?
