    I’m a licensed, basic user. During the update, I get the following error. Why might this be happening? What should I do?

    “The update process is starting. This process may take a long time on some servers. Please be patient.

    Entering maintenance mode…

    Updating theme Woodmart (1/1)
    The update is being downloaded from https://xtemos.com/wp-json/xts/v1/download?theme=woodmart…
    A problem occurred while updating Woodmart: The file could not be downloaded. Unauthorized

    Exiting maintenance mode…

    All updates have been completed.

    Go to Themes page | Go to WordPress update page”

    Hello,

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    Try to do the following to update the theme:

    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

    4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.
