Problem

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting our support. We write only in English you can write in the language you wish.

1. WPBakery Page Builder (former Visual Composer) and Revolution slider come bundled with our theme but they can’t be activated with our purchase code. Actually, you don’t need to do this. Only in case you want to get free premium support from its author, you can purchase it from Codecanyon. But it is not necessary since we will always provide you with the latest updates. Navigate to Appearance > Install plugins and you will find all the necessary plugins, install and activate them.

2. Woocommeerce has released the fresh version later after our recent update so in the nearest theme update, the templates would be updated.

3. You need to delete all external images. Enter the row settings and remove the images on the background.

4. Remove all the pages and posts you do not need, remove all the blank images. It may also happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images or other resources. So we suggest you to remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and a caching plugin like WP Super Cache. Also, you can use GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.

Delete the pages you do not need in bulk https://gyazo.com/310dce879f3462c307352f307132d22a they are provided for users as for many of theme it is easier to build site pages based on existing templates.

Hello,

This issue is related to your server configuration. If you test on any default theme you would have the same problem. Try to contact your host support. Our theme does not have any option to solve that

I tried to find other reason however most of them are based on htaccess file configuration and judging your logs seems that problem is in mirror URL.
