update domain name

Hi there,
I have an existing website named 108hardware.com. Now I redesign the website and brought the theme from extemos. I have a testing website name 108hardwares.com I am updating product information there. Once I finish the web design and upload all the stuffs. I would launch it on the domain 108hardware without “s”

My question is Can I simply reconfigure the domain name in the wordpress? Or do I need to buy the another license.

Yes, you can activate your license twice: once on the testing domain and once on a liver domain if it is one and the same site.
