gp.gentiliParticipantHello, after the latest update of Elementor, my pages are not loading properly anymore. I’m getting 504 errors, especially on the home page. I contacted the hosting provider, and they said there are issues with the theme and suggested trying a different theme.
With Twenty Twenty + Elementor, I have no issues.
With Woodmart without Elementor, everything is fine, but as soon as I activate Elementor, the delays and infinitely long loading times start, ending in errors.
I have disabled the plugins, but nothing improves. The site only returns to normal if I disable Elementor. Are there any ongoing compatibility issues with the latest version? Could you please check? Moreover, even though we’ve installed the plugin recommended by you for SVGs, when we upload templates from the Xtemos gallery, the template appears but without the SVGs. They are uploaded in the media, but we can’t see them on the frontend.
Thank you

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Sorry to say but it seems that you have 2FA Authentication still enabled on your provided Site. Kindly, please disable that so that we can proceed further with checking the issue on your Site.
Best Regards.

gp.gentiliParticipantHi, I rebuilt the homepage from scratch with containers, disabling Switch Editor. I didn’t solve the issue with the SVGs. The SVGs are in the media library. Could you suggest a solution? Even when I import your designs from the gallery, it does the same thing and doesn’t display them on the frontend but loads them on the backend.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
It seems that the
file_get_contents
function for URLs is disabled on your server. You need to contact your provider and ask to enable this option.
