Thanks for the report. The “Forbidden” message on the woodmart.zip download typically means the update token is not valid for the current domain (often after moving the site or re-activating the license). Please try the following steps to refresh the activation and update:
1) WordPress Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License -> Deactivate.
2) Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click Check Again.
3) Return to WoodMart -> Theme License and activate again with your purchase code.
4) Try updating the theme via Appearance -> Themes or Dashboard -> Updates.
