Update failed: Download failed. Unauthorised

I keep receiving this error. Just bought the theme, already deactivated and activated it again but it doesn’t work. I have the child theme activated.

me also i bought my license in 2 Dec 2024 but the update failed???! can anyone explain or solve this issue

As we can see, the theme is still activated. Note that if you can’t deactivate it then you have a nulled version of the theme installed. In this case, you need to download our theme from ThemeForest and reinstall it completely.

I already reinstalled it all yesterday, child theme too. At this moment the site has the child theme activated, is that not good for you to check the main theme? If I deactivate it all then my site falls without a theme?

As we can see, you still have a nulled version of the theme installed. You need to download the latest version from ThemeForest and install it on your website via Appearance -> Themes. Otherwise, some functions may not work as expected.

Well I have certain things activated and they are not showing. Also the regular menu only shows if I also activate the category tab (which is empty).

Can you also give me some information how to import like just a page (homepage of one of the prebuild websites) without having to import the whole website? Last time I imported a whole website it fucked up my whole site and I had to do a reroll to a backup. At this moment my homepage is built with Elementor but I would like it to rebuild with blocks / gutenberg and would like to use the hompage template of one of the prebuild websites.

Deactivated and activated it again but no luck.
