Update Plugins manual or auto?

Hello, I received the plugins section there were woocommerce latest version 6.0.0. and we have woodmart latest version. so I thought should I update manually woocommerce or should I wait? or it’s there auto-update features? Thanks

When an update is available then you need to update to the latest versions.

Because we always recommend using the latest version of plugins with our theme.
