Update problem

Hi, I tried to update the site to version 4 but the site gets several shortcodes on top of the site. I have rolled back to earlier version from backup but the problem with shortcodes is the same. How can I update without issues. I have tried your guide for migration from 3. to 4.

I have deactivated the plugins not related to the theme and https://prnt.sc/rb06c3

You have added no widgets to the shop page. I have added calendar https://prnt.sc/rb09hj and it works https://prnt.sc/rb09zu

Now activate the plugins one by one checking which one causes the problem.
