update required

hi, i need to update contact form, slider revolution and wp baker. where do i download the theme from in order to upload it?

Please update the plugins in Appearance > Install plugins.

WPBakery Page Builder and Revolution slider come bundled with our theme but they can’t be activated with our purchase code. Actually, you don’t need to do this. Only in case you want to get free premium support from its author, you can purchase it from Codecanyon. But it is not necessary since we will always provide you with the latest updates in Appearance > Install plugins.

If you have any problems (these problems are often caused by the host security or size max size limitations) you can upload the recent version of the plugins from this forum profile and install via Dashboard > Plugins or FTP.

1. Make the full backup of your site.

2. Deactivate and delete the current version.

3. Upload the new version from your portfolio on this forum.

4. Upload and install.

Contact form is updated in Dashboard > Plugins, just click “Update”

WP bakery page builder, make sure you have activated the plugin, if you have, deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and check.

hi, i deactivated,deleted the previous versions of slider and wp baker.I then went to xtemos my protofolio, downloaded the new editions and reuploaded them.

or it there a conflict with other plugins?
P.S I still find these errors even if you say that it is updated

I am checking your dashboard > Plugins, I see that the Slider Revolution is updated, it is 6.3.3 that is the recent version https://www.sliderrevolution.com/documentation/changelog/

As for the WP bakery page builder, our forum contains the recent version 6.5 released 16.12.20 please try to update once more or clear the cache.

This is a warning that would not influence the performance of the plugins. I suppose in the next release all the tags would be added.
