Update the cart amount automatically, upon changing the quantity on cart page

I need the theme to update the “subtotal” and “Total” when changing the product quantity on the cart page. Please help

Sorry for the earlier misunderstanding. Actually, right now under the Theme there isn’t such a functionality available to update the total automatically on updating the quantity.
