    Hi,

I am trying to update the theme and get an error saying:
Update failed: Could not copy file. woodmart/inc/integrations/gutenberg/build/index.js

I tried to copy the missing file itself and paste it through the site ftp, but I don’t know which folder to paste it to.
    please help.

    Thank you

    Hello,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

Try to do the following to update the theme:

    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.
    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.
    4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
    5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

    Regards,

I did everything step by step and still get the same error:

An error occurred while updating Woodmart: Could not copy file. woodmart/inc/integrations/gutenberg/build/index.js

    Hello,

    1. Download the most recent WoodMart version from your ThemeForest account.
    2. Go to Appearance -> Themes -> Add new
    3. Click on the “Upload theme” button and then choose the theme installable zip file in the form.
    4. Click on “Install now.
    5. WordPress will show you information about your existing version. Click on the “Replace current with uploaded” button.

    Best Regards,

I did everything as you told me to.
Still get the same error, see the attached print screen when uploading the new zip file for theme.
