I see that there is a new version of the theme available (4.0.1). I have previously installed the “Child” theme which came with the package.
If I update the Woodmart theme via WordPress, does it automatically update my Child theme if that is required? Or is the Child theme never needing to be updated?
The child theme is empty by default and we never update it. It is just a “container” for your customizations. You need to make sure that your custom (if any) doesn’t have any conflicts with the latest version.
