Update to woodmart 1.7 issues

After updating the theme my widgets are all empty
I managed to create them and I have to create all shop filters
I will have to do that every time that I will update the theme?

ok I just noticed that all are at Inactive Widgets area, so I only have to drag them at the right area. But why this is happening ?

Widgets management functionality comes with WordPress core and is not influenced by our theme. So most likely there is some issue in WordPress that may break the widget configuration when you change/edit or update the theme.
