Update trough backend

Hi guys,

I received a mail from envato that there’s a new theme update.
But when I check my backend I see no theme update available?

I have my license activated.

Sorry with the new GDPR law in the EU I cannot provide any acces to my admin.

How can I manually update the theme? Override the current theme files or delete them and upload new files?
