UPDATE WPBAKERY

You said that you always provide the latest version of WPBakery.

However, I constantly receive notification to update WPBakery. But when I click on it, it is refusing to update.

And WordPress is detecting that I don’t have the latest version. Can you check?

Current version : 5.5.5
Most up to date : 5.6

In order to update WP Bakery or Slider Revolution:

1. Deactivate and delete the current plugins

2. Navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins > Install and activate.

You mean I should completely delete my WPBakery plugin in order to get the latest version?

What if I have data, pages, or anything using stuffs from WPBakery??
It will all get lost… Come on, you should find a more secure way than asking me to delete the plugin

This way is secure. When you delete and install WP Bakery page builder you would not lose your data, when you delete and install Slider Revolution just export the sliders you use.
