Update WPBakery

I wanted to update the WPBakery plugin in https://shop.dormibene.info/

Error Message:
“To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder. Got WPBakery Page Builder in theme?”

I don’t understand why it doesn’t do it automatically, what are the problems?

Thanks for reaching to us.

WPBakery Page Builder and Revolution slider come bundled with our theme but they can’t be activated with our purchase code. Actually, you don’t need to do this. Only in case you want to get free premium support from its author, you can purchase it from Codecanyon. But it is not necessary since we will always provide you with the latest updates in Appearance > Install plugins.

“Incompatible archive” error with the zip file, when uploading.

I’ve had to un-zip and then zip it myself, manually, for it to work.
