nwa13ParticipantI inherited this site from a previous developer who did not appear to have a license code and/or had not updated the them for years. I purchased the theme and added the license code but when I updated it the site is not good.
I can restore from a previous backup but wondered if there is something better to do as I’d like to keep the theme updated. Thanks.November 29, 2024 at 9:50 am #617440

nwa13ParticipantHi there
As I have just inherited this project, it’s difficult to be specific.
However here is the way the site looked prior to the update: https://web.archive.org/web/20231201075400/https://maximisehealthcoaching.com/
and you can see from the front end the current issues.November 29, 2024 at 11:06 am #617489
Artem TemosKeymasterCould you please temporarily disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and switch to the parent theme so we can check?

nwa13ParticipantYes – I have now done this. Thanks for your help.

Artem TemosKeymasterAs we can see, you still have a cache active on your website. Please deactivate it temporarily so we can check https://gyazo.com/cbace210e4440a70c01b2e670bcc17c8

Artem TemosKeymasterMaybe you have some cache on the server. To verify if the page is still loaded from cache, open its source code and scroll to the bottom of the code to check if the comment is there.

nwa13ParticipantI have opened the source code but I’m not sure what I\’m supposed to be checking for – what comment?
I’ve attached the source code screenshot of what I see when I scroll to the bottom.Attachments:

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Here is a video demonstrating that your home page is loaded from cache https://gyazo.com/8c7513468faa4d4657e032fc0f9e43d3
Disabling this cache would resolve the initial problem.Kind Regards

nwa13ParticipantI had already disabled the cache. Now I have deleted the plugin.
I have also cleared my browser cache. I have uploaded a screenshot of the front end of the site.
Still the issue remains?Attachments:

Artem TemosKeymasterYes, now it looks better but it seems like you disabled our WoodMart core and WPBakery page builder plugins. You need to activate them in Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Plugins.
