Updating Plugin: WPBakery Page Builder: License is activated on another domain

I am the webdesigner for my client.

Her previous webdesigner purchased the basel theme, but updates did not work anymore.
So she purchased the theme again today.

We are using feenstaub.at with 2 subdomains:
– shop subdomain is the regular live page
– stag subdomain is a copy of the live page to test updates and such (staging env)

I connected this up via Envato Market plugin for both stag and shop (worked).

I updated the theme on the staging site. However, as the page was screwed up (mostly not showing shortcodes) I assumed the plugins may be outdated. So I checked the Theme plugins.

“Theme Post Types” was updated successfully (but is also a prepackaged one).

“WPBakery Page Builder” returned an error:

License is activated on another domain: _____

How to get this running for staging and live page?

WPBakery Page Builder and Revolution slider come bundled with our theme but they can’t be activated with our purchase code.

We cannot influence or detect the domain the license is activated on.

Please contact the WP bakery page builder support.
