UserMFWParticipantHi!
I’m getting this error when trying to update the plugins:
“Update failed: Download failed. Unauthorized”My license is installed and active. I’ve tried rechecking the license, but the error persists. I have tried:
1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.
2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.
4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.I’ve read your suggestion to reinstall the theme by downloading the latest version from ThemeForest and uploading it manually.
Before I do that – I have one big concern:
There may have been some changes made to the product pages, possibly through theme files (I’m not entirely sure if any templates were manually edited). I’m afraid that replacing the theme might overwrite or reset these changes.
Could you please confirm:
• Will uploading the new theme version erase or reset anything on the product pages or design in general ?
• Is there a way to reinstall the theme safely without losing any layout, settings, or potential customizations? Thanks in advance – I just want to make sure I don’t break the site while trying to fix this plugin update issue.
Would you like to log inn and check it yourself ?
Best regards,

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
1. Send me access to the admin panel so I can try to update it.
2. It depends on which version you are trying to update, if it’s a very old version, then you can have some problems with the layout. So send me access to the staging site, I will show you how to update the theme and then you will check the website.
Kind Regards

Luke NielsenKeymasterIt seems you mean another issue.
My license is installed and active.
5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates. Those steps are related to updating the theme, not plugins.
Our license does not relate to the plugins, only the theme itself.
In this case, may I enable the default theme to check whether the plugins updates there? Also, send the URL link to the site so I can log in.
Kind Regards

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
The same issue happens on the default theme – https://monosnap.com/file/ulmOJj9IPq0a9j22jp1dB3wZrPdjrU so this is not something caused by our theme.
I suggest you contact the WordPress support for further solutions.
Let me know the result.
Kind Regards
