updating woocomerce 3.23 makes the website to crash

Hello, I have a problem with woocommerce, every time I update that plugin, the page crashes, and I have to restore the page to a previous woocommerce version. Don’t know if I have to wait to a new version and make an update. What do you recommend me? this is the sign tahta appears after I update:
