mark-9547ParticipantI hired a developer to build our website. He used Woodmart (and I love it). It’s telling me to upgrade it — but when I try to, it says “An error occurred while updating Woodmart: Download failed. Unauthorized”
I’ve tried to contact the developer but they seem to have disappeared. Help! I purchased a regular license (in order to ask a question here). Now what?
On the current site — under Wordmart>Them License (WordPress Dashboard) it says that it’s already activated (I assume by the developer). How do I switch to my license? Do I deactivate and reactivate? Will that break my site? Please walk me through the steps so that I can update the theme. Thanks!

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Try to do the following to update the theme:
1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.
2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.
4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.Best Regards.

mark-9547ParticipantI deactivated and reactivated with my purchase code successfully. I went to updates, selected the Wordmart update and asked to update it. It says Theme update failed. With this error: An error occurred while updating woodmart: Could not move the old version to the upgrade-temp-backup directory.
What should I do now?
