Uploading testimonials template problem

I have a problem upload testimonials template to the homepage, it’s showing like its upload but I waited a long time and nothing happens.

Thank you for the warm feedback.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and activate them one by one checking the issue. Such a situation happens when WP Bakery is not compatible with one of the plugins.

If you still have the problem, deactivate all the plugins and provide your site admin access.

Please activate the plugins one by one and check the issue to detect which plugin causes the problem.

I also succeed to add other temples, just not the testimonials templates.
There is a chance there is a problem just with this testimonials?
