Upsells NOT working properly

Hi there i hope to find you well,

I have create a HTML Block from Upsells witch i connect in products from “Tabs” & “Custom Tabs Contect”. ( See image 1 – 3 )

The problem is when i try to show more than 20 products for Upsells and i change the “Panigation” from “Inherit” to “Load More Button” in products ( grid of carusel ) element , it shows NOT only Upsells products that are connect with the spesific products i want but with ALL the products… As long i click “Load More Button” it load products regardless of category or if it is on Upsells.

But if i leave the “Inherit” option on “Panigation” and i just choose to show let’s say 40 products it work fine and show only Upsells products that i connect with a product.

Any tips how we can fix the problem?

Upsells/Crossels products are configured on the product page. Please check this manual: https://woocommerce.com/document/related-products-up-sells-and-cross-sells/

If you want to show certain products by HTML block, you will need either assign a tag and then specify in the Product Grid, or insert by ID. Please check this manual, the same options are in Elemetor: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/products-element-grid-or-carousel/

Hi,

Upsells are configured right that’s NOT the problem. ( See image No2 ).

I use Elementor page Builter.
And i use HTML block to create a custom TAB for Upsells with “products ( grid of carusel ) element” ( See image No3 ).
If you see the image No3 the Data source option that i have selected should have to give me Upsells products to any product i connect with the Custom HTML Block .

BUT to problem i say again is when i have 40+ Upsells products connected with a product and i use on “Panigation” option the “Load More Button” ( See image No4 ) they do NOT show up ONLY Upsells products but unrelated products!!

If on “Panigation” option i choose “Inherit” the default option it work fine.

Please insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.

Please note Upsells are not displayed with the Product Grid. You need to configure them separately as per this manual: https://woocommerce.com/document/related-products-up-sells-and-cross-sells/

We will check the Grid settings and output.

Yes i have configure them separately like the manual. The Upsells show up fine when i use default settings on Product Grid. The problem comes up when i change the “Panigation” option to “Load More Button”.

And as far as the Product Grid you have an option on “Data Sourse” to Display Upsells!
I have show you in the last message on image No3 the Option that your element give my to use.

Admin access provited in Private. Please thate a better look with the access to fully undersand the issue.

Unfortunately, the upsells do not support pagination and it is not possible to change.
