urgent : Add to cart counter & add to wish list bug

since we upgraded we are experiencing a problem with add to cart. Once the customer add the product to cart the cart is not upgraded unless the customer reload the page once the page is reloaded then the cart is updated. Also, add to wish list functionality is not working the product is never added to wish list as well can you please help and fix the problem we are experiencing high volume of drop off because of this issue

Starting from now, these plugins are no longer required: Redux Framework, CMB2, please delete them.

If the problem remains, deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and provide the site admin access to the private area.
