URGENT – All my products disappeared from catalog categories pages / archives

As of the most recent update, all of my product disappeared from my catalogue. None of them load on the shop or categories (archives) pages! The individual product pages can be accessed by direct link and/or the “new products / latest” widgets on my home page but by any other means. Please provide solution.

I see you have responded to other topics but not mine. I am loosing sales as a result of my store essentially being down. Do you have anything you can do to help?

We have daily back-ups of our site. How would you like us to go about this? How will you update it to reflect changes made between the back-up date and today such as orders, customer accounts, etc?

Please provide in depth instructions on what we need to do to get this fixed.

Please take the update that was made before you have updated the theme.

Create the staging site and move the clone of your site. We will update the theme on the staging site so that your live site could work while we detect the problem and solve it.

I have updated the theme without any problems. At the same time, I did not activate the plugins not related to the theme. Please enable one by one checking the site to detect which one crashes the site.

Please note: WoodMart works with either the WP Bakery builder or the Elementor builder at once, but not with both at the same time. In the process of installing the plugin, please leave WP bakery page builder as your site initially based on it.
