Urgent Fixing Rank Math Sitemap 404 Errors Now in My woodmart theme kruajeng.com

I installed Rank Math to create a sitemap for my website. However, I’m encountering an issue: ‘Incorrect HTTP header content-type: “text/html; charset=UTF-8” (expected: “application/xml”)’. I contacted the plugin support, and they responded as shown in the attached image. After trying their suggested solutions, I still cannot access https://kruajeng.com/sitemap_index.xml and receive a 404 error, which is abnormal

However, I remain concerned. I’ve also consulted with the engineers at Plesk, my hosting provider, who suggested the problem might stem from an incompatibility between the WoodMart theme and the Rank Math plugin. As a result, I’m reaching out to you with all the details to seek solutions and guidance on selecting the appropriate plugin for generating sitemaps for Google.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
