Urgent Issue – Products Not Displaying on Shop Page

    Hi XTemos Team,

    I’m experiencing a serious issue on my website.

    The main shop page:
    https://granule.rs/prodavnica/

    as well as filtered brand pages (for example):
    https://granule.rs/prodavnica/?filter_product_brand=98

    have suddenly stopped displaying any products.

    I’m not entirely sure what caused the issue, but I wanted to mention that I already tried deactivating WP Rocket, thinking it might be related. However, even with WP Rocket disabled, the main shop page still shows no products.

    Could you please take a look and help resolve this as soon as possible? This is quite urgent since it directly affects the store functionality.

    Hello,

    Currently, we can’t reproduce the problem on your website. We have added extra debugging code to your website, which will write some logs when the issue appears again. Let us know when products disappear so we can check this.

    Hi,
    Thank you for your support and for adding the debugging.
    It seems that the issue has resolved itself for now. The products are displaying again normally on the main shop page.

    However, I wanted to share a bit more context, as it was quite strange. The problem was affecting only the main shop page ( https://granule.rs/prodavnica/ ), while products on subcategory pages were displaying normally. The issue lasted for at least 10 minutes (possibly longer before I noticed it).

    Also, I didn’t make any changes or attempt any fixes on my side – the products simply reappeared on their own.

    I really appreciate you keeping an eye on this with the added debugging, in case it happens again.

    The debugging we added is still active. Please let us know immediately if the issue appears again. We will check the logs right away and continue the investigation.
