URGENT – Issue with Dropdown with Images in Add-ons

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with the Dropdown with Images functionality in the WooCommerce Product Add-ons plugin. When I try to add an option using the “+” button (please see the attached screenshot), nothing happens. I’m unable to upload images or configure the dropdown.

I have set the addon type to Multiple Choice and the display to Images, but the functionality doesn’t seem to work as expected.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

Go to the product settings page in WooCommerce.
Add a new field under Add-ons.
Set the type to Multiple Choice and the display to Images.
Click the “+” button to add an option, but nothing happens.

Additional Details:

I checked the browser console, and there are no visible JS errors.
All plugins are updated to the latest versions.
The issue persists even after deactivating other plugins to rule out conflicts.
Please assist me in identifying the cause of the issue and provide a solution.

From the administrator part i can use this very well; but not working from vendor dashboard.

To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.

I did not receive a notification after you answeared me, this is the reason why i am replying late.
So basically, attached you will see 3 picture.
One is the vendor view, showing that when i press +, nothing is happening.
One is the admin view, showing that from the admin panel i can add images. When i press + the gallery pops up and i can select whatever picture i want to show for that specific product. Basically, multiple choices with images is working fine.
Then one image is showing that, in console, when i press the plus sign, it show me that chunk of code.
PS with other themes, everything is ok; i really need support with this one please.

In this case, please temporarily disable all plugins unrelated to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will need to switch between themes to see the difference.

This problem is not related to the WoodMart theme. You need to contact plugin’s developers for help on this matter.
