Urgent: Issue with Theme and Elementor Functionality

Hi,
I am encountering a critical issue with the theme when using Elementor.

When I attempt to edit any page with Elementor, I initially see the “Elementor Safe Mode” option (as shown in the attached elementor1.png). Upon activating Safe Mode, the content either disappears or appears without styling (refer to elementor2.png). Additionally, when I try to edit “HTML Blocks” within the theme, Elementor fails to load and gets stuck in an endless loop. Adjusting Elementor settings to debug and Safe Mode redirects me to the posts section.

I have followed all recommended troubleshooting steps from Elementor support, such as disabling plugins, switching themes, increasing WP memory limits, and switching the loader, but the issue remains unresolved.

We are extremely frustrated with this ongoing issue. And this problem is significantly impacting our business, and I am growing increasingly frustrated. I would appreciate it if you could address and resolve this matter as soon as possible.

To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.

When we deactivate the theme, the HTML Blocks disappear, as they are a custom post type specific to this theme. See issue1.png.

Additionally, when switching to the default theme, Elementor loads the page, but only some of the content is displayed, while other content remains missing.

Kindly look in the issue, provide the solution that why elementor is not working with our theme while elementor is showing on other theme like Twenty Twenty Two.

Could you please temporarily disable all plugins that are not related to our theme so we can check this?

OK i have disabled all plugins except Elementor and Woocommerce.
Now when i go edit the page, still it shows “Enable Safe Mode” for elementor. And when i enable the safe mode so it it is still not showing properly with in theme.

As we can see, plugins are still turned on. Please keep them disabled so we can check.

Can you please check by your self according to your requirements. I have already shared credentials of test account.

I cannot disable woocommerce and elementor. Because if i disable woocommerce then how could i check the edit product page and if i disable elementor plugin then the main thing is elementor what we are discussing.

We have purchased support to resolve the ongoing issue we’ve been facing for a while. This isn’t a one-time occurrence, and if it remains unresolved, we won’t be able to update the page content and design. Although we paused all plugins, the issue persists. What should we do next? We need an immediate and permanent solution.

I have noticed that woodmart code widgets are not showing in elementor. And all widgets showing locked except general category. It seems that this is the issue because widgets are disappeared.
Please look into this issue that why woodmart widgets are not showing and why it is showing locked widgets.

In our website XTEMOS plugins are not showing as shown in page widgets.png.
XTEMOS plugins looked like this: xtemos plugins.png which are not showing in editing mode now.

We need FTP or SSH so we can edit your website files as well.

OK FTP of live production website is mentioned in private content

So, should we do all the investigation on the production website? It would be better to perform this on staging instead.

It is not solved on live production site.

Elementor is opening in safe mode, and in safe mode XTEMOS widgets are still disappeared, not showing and content is also not showing on various placeholders.

Please reinstall the theme on the production website too. It looks like you customized the theme files and that is why it doesn’t work as expected.

Can you please reinstall the theme?

We did not do any changes in theme. No modification.
