fiterra.saParticipantDear XTemos Support Team,
I urgently need help with a critical issue after updating to the latest WoodMart version.
Problem Description:
For logged-in administrators: Everything works perfectly (menus, sliders, cart buttons)For regular visitors/non-logged users: Multiple JavaScript features are broken
Console error: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘thumbs_slider’)
Broken Elements for Visitors:
Dropdown menus don’t work on hoverProduct sliders show only the first image
Add to cart buttons don’t function
Any interactive JS elements fail to work
Technical Details:
Hosting: Hostinger with LiteSpeed Server
Active Cache Plugin: LiteSpeed Cache
What I’ve Already Tried:
Cleared all cache (LiteSpeed, browser, server)Disabled JS/CSS minification in LiteSpeed
Regenerated WoodMart CSS/JS files
Tested in incognito mode with cache disabled
Disabled all optimization plugins temporarily
Critical Discovery:
The problem is directly related to LiteSpeed Cache optimization. When I disable LiteSpeed entirely, the site works for visitors, but this is not a sustainable solution because it also destroy the page.Additional Information:
Site was working perfectly before the WoodMart updateThe error appears in /js/scripts.js or minified versions
Admin area works 100% fine – only visitors are affected
I’ve restored from backup so the site is currently functional with the old version
Error occurs on: All pages with WoodMart interactive elements
My Questions:
Are there known conflicts between WoodMart 8.x and LiteSpeed Cache? Are there specific JS files that should be excluded from optimization?
Is there a patch or updated version that fixes this?
What is the recommended cache/optimization configuration for WoodMart with LiteSpeed?
What I Need:
Instructions to fix the thumbs_slider JavaScript errorRecommended LiteSpeed Cache settings for WoodMart
Any patches or updated files needed
I can provide temporary admin access if needed for debugging. This is urgent as the broken functionality affects all visitors to my e-commerce site.
Thank you for your prompt assistance.
Best regards,
Matias Crabonetti

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
Thank you in advance

fiterra.saParticipantHi XTemos Team,
Thank you for your quick response.
I understand you need admin access to investigate. However, my site is an active e-commerce store, so I can only put it in maintenance mode during off-hours. Tonight: From 10:00 PM Argentina time (that’s 6:00 PM US Pacific Time / 9:00 PM US Eastern Time)
Duration: I can keep the site in maintenance mode for 4-6 hours while you work
**Please proceed as follows:**
1. **I will provide temporary admin access whenever you need**
2. **I will disable all non-essential plugins** before your access
3. **The site will be in maintenance mode** during your investigation**To prepare, could you please:**
– Confirm you can work during these hours
– Let me know approximately how long you’ll need access
– Specify exactly which plugins I should keep enabled (besides WoodMart Core, WooCommerce, WPBakery)**My current plan for tonight:**
1. Put site in maintenance mode at 10 pm Argentina time
2. Disable all plugins except: WoodMart Core, WooCommerce, WPBakery Page Builder
3. Send you admin credentials via secure message
4. Keep maintenance mode active for 9 hoursMy current version is 6.1. Should I update to latest before you begin?
Please confirm if this works for you, or suggest alternative timing.
Thank you for understanding.
January 16, 2026 at 10:23 am #704663Hello,
I will be online for the next 6-7 hours. Please, update the theme and all related plugins to the latest version first. It is crucial to keep all plugins and the theme up to date.
Kind Regards

fiterra.saParticipantHi,
Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, the window you mentioned has now passed
Please provide alternative time slots when your team can work. I need advance notice to schedule the maintenance during my client’s off-hours.
Weekend More flexible
To optimize the process, please:
Specify exact start time (in Argentina time or your time zone)
Indicate how many hours you’ll need access
List exactly which plugins to keep active
I will then:
Update WoodMart and all plugins in advance
Create temporary admin user
Have maintenance mode ready
Provide credentials at the agreed time
Looking forward to your proposed schedule.
January 19, 2026 at 10:01 am #704975Hello,
I can let you know when I start working and how many hours I’ll be online. I’ll be here for the next 8 hours and will check the issue as soon as possible. The plugins are WoodMart Core, WooCommerce, and WPBakery/Elementor.
Kind Regards
