URGENT – Many errors on the SITE!

I disabled the site from development mode and when I access it, many errors occur and I don’t know how to resolve them.

1. When I access the home page, depending on the browser I use. It appears completely deformatted and without icons.
2. I disabled the Login option to see prices and still, when I click on “PIMA UNDERWEAR”, it is asking to log in (see photos)
