Urgent missing wpml custom tabs translations!!

I have created 2 custom tabs and translate them via wpml, there are visible in main language page, but in second language French and Germany all tabs in product page disappear, the description tab, details tab, and 2 custom tabs, shipping and FAQ, i cleared cache the issue persist! need urgent help

Have you added any custom code, or custom CSS anywhere in the site? If yes, then please delete that then check back.
Also, Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins (excluding WPML plugins) and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.

I did all steps, but no way, the issue is still here, and also the FAQ section is added to tab via rank math code snippet,
I never added any custom code, or custom CSS!
You could disactivate 3rd party plugins again and check by yourself, please fix that ASAP
