We’re having a problem with a store. Since one of the theme updates, we’ve noticed that some images aren’t working. It’s very strange. I’ve disabled all caches and nothing.

I update images and differences between one theme and another, apparently, woodmart applies dimensions to the URL that do not exist, when I apply another theme, it changes to 150×150 in the URL

    Why does this happen?

    Hello,

It looks like the images you are using are lazy loading but are not loading properly.

You might be using lazy loading from both a cache plugin and the theme settings (Theme Settings > Performance > Lazy Load). This could be causing conflicts and preventing images from loading correctly.

Please try disabling the lazy load in either the cache plugin or the theme settings and then check if the images display properly.

If the issue remains, share the WP login details so I can further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards,

Thank you for your response. I just disabled lazy loading, but it’s not working properly either.

    Hello,

But I have checked your site and the images are showing fine on your site.
See the screenshot for clarification: https://ibb.co/q3MhyrVB

Check back your site after completely clearing the browser cache, and clear the site cache and check the issue.

    Best Regards,

I’ve been changing the URLs manually… I have a lot left. Thanks anyway.

    Hello,

If you’re updating a large number of image URLs, doing it manually can be super time-consuming. Instead, I’d recommend using a plugin like:https://wordpress.org/plugins/better-search-replace/

    Hope this Helps!

If you have any questions feel free to contact us.

    Best Regards,
