Urgent problem with free shipping progress bar

    Hi!

    Could you please help me figure out why the free shipping progress bar is not showing? I followed the documentation tutorial and added the shipping zones but I can’t see the bar on the website.

    Hi Artem,

    For whatever reason, I don’t see it applied for the Netherlands – I made two separate Free Shipping rulings, one for International, the other for NL and I don’t see the NL one displaying. Do you know where I went wrong?

    To fix this issue, you need to drag “Free shipping” above the Netherlands as shown on the following screenshot in WooCommerce settings https://monosnap.com/file/U4GGyI9zU6q0swy6sxDKeY6G66Uc3i

    Oh, I see! Should I also do that for the other zone? What’s the reason that the International zone free shipping worked ok?

    We can’t say exactly, but it looks like the plugin Flexible Shipping affects this. Can we disable this plugin and test how it works?

    Hi! Let’s not do it at the moment, I’ll return to this later next week as I decided to go another route. We can test the shipping issue later once Black Friday dies down. Thank you!
