URGENT: Product page long description has become distorted/corrupted

Greetings!
Last week I published a product page with a complex long description, adapted for both desktop and mobile views. Everything was working beautifully and then customers started telling us that the page looks weird.

All other pages on our website look just fine. I tried clearing the website cache as well as the product page’s cache, and I tried saving/updating it again.

I’d appreciate your urgent assistance with this, as the page is live and we are receiving many preorders for it.

Could you please send us a screenshot of the problem you are writing about? Also, try to disable all external plugins temporarily so we can check what is wrong.

Unfortunately I can’t disable external plugins because this is a live website with hundreds of customers browsing it at any given moment. This page doesn’t exist on our staging website. I can try and create it there if you’d like.

Okay, I’ve created the page on the staging website and you can clearly see the difference.

At first I thought the issue is only with this page, but after doing some further research it looks like additional pages are affected.

We see some unknown CSS file that affects blocks on your video https://prnt.sc/sGBlSXH9W3qr
Try to remove this CSS file and test how it works.

You are true professionals. A few days ago I added some HTML code to the footer for a navigation button; I never imagined that it would mess up our pages like this. Thanks so much for finding this, I have passed on the information to my developer who will look into it.
