URGENT: Shop Page Empty

Team,

For some reasons, the shop page is not loading any product however clicking on any other sub-category is loading products correctly.

This happened suddenly, no change been done on the site. After “page edit” the page started loading products however need to understand why did this happened as I have noticed the same result when either elementor or woocommerce plugins are updated.

When loading page in incognito, I see a transparent layer coming up right before page fully loads, any idea what this might?

Not sure whats wrong, I have tried through different browser and multiple times cleared cache as well. I see the style does not load properly and page reloads with correct style after a few seconds

The issue on from your video seems to be caused by some CSS optimization or cache plugins. Try to disable them on your website and test how it works.

Guys, the issue of “shop” page coming up empty is happening again. We just turned off lazy loading in the settings after customer complaint that the product pictures were also not lazy loading and post that, shop page is coming up empty.

While you look at this issue (which has been reported multple times in the past by myself), please also share a way to avoid product pictures from lazy loading.

Since this is a live site, I have fixed the empty shop page for now by editing the page but this issue is annoying and needs a permanent solution.

Also, despite disabling lazy loading, the pictures are still lazy loading.

P.S. Litespeed cache plugin was also disabled so it’s not caching issue.
