URGENT – Thank You page issue

    Hi,

    We’re currently experiencing an issue with our website: https://afroditedecants.com/staging-new/

    After a successful checkout, users are redirected to the Thank You page as expected. However, the order details are not being displayed.

    Here’s what we’ve done so far:

    We created a custom Thank You page using Elementor and added the Purchase Summary element.

    We then set this page as the Purchase Summary page in the WooCommerce site settings.

    When we switch to the default Hello Elementor theme, the order summary appears correctly. However, when we activate the Woodmart theme, the order details do not show on the Thank You page.

    We reached out to Elementor support, and they confirmed that the issue appears to be caused by a conflict with the theme.

    Could you please investigate this conflict and help us find a solution so the order details appear correctly while using the Woodmart theme?

    Yeah sure. Go on.
    Make sure you’re testing it on the staging website link I shared and not the main website.

    Hello,

    The thing is that you have created the Thank you page via Elementor Pro templates and at the same time for the checkout page you use our Layouts, unfortunately, in such a way it will not work.

    So if you want to use a custom Thank you page, you need to disable the Layouts for the Checkout page – https://prnt.sc/dU73KTik61fE then it will work – https://prnt.sc/coUSLXcFRxQc

    In the next update, we will add the ability to create a custom Thank you page via Layouts.

    We’ve already tested this on our end and are still facing the same issue.

    Interestingly, when we didn’t use the Woodmart checkout layout, everything worked fine. However, after reactivating plugins one by one to identify if a third-party plugin was causing the issue, the problem reappeared—even when no third-party plugins were active.

    Could you please look into this further?

    Our Layouts are not compatible with the Elementor Pro templates.

    So if you want to use a custom Thank you page from Elementor PRO, you need to disable the Layouts for the Checkout page – https://prnt.sc/dU73KTik61fE

    In the next update, we will add the ability to create a custom Thank you page via our Layouts.

    We had already disabled the checkout.
    I mentioned it above.
    Also we would like to enable the default Thank You page of woodmart instead. So please enable this for us. Because when we did this it was not working that’s why we chose for Elementor thank you page.

    Sorry for the delay.

    You have another issue on the live site. Currently, it shows as 404. May I disable third-party plugins and enable the parent/default theme for testing?
