Hello! this is super urgent! I just launched my site 2 hours ago by changing domain name from a temp one to a real one and it worked fine for some time. After an hour or so the theme looks broken as shown in attached. I suspect it is due to the theme license so I came into this site and removed the temp domain and keep the real domain. But it didnt help. What else I should do now?

    Hello,

First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :).

The issue seems to be with the HTTP HTTPS settings of wordpress.

Please make sure that you have set both the addresses same under Settings >> General as mentioned in our detailed documentation:https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/icons-has-been-disappeared/

    Best Regards

Thanks for your prompt reply! I’ve solved the problem! However another error appears shortly after that when I tried to update an “information box” which was displayed perfectly before. After I change the margins, it show error messages like these-

Warning: file_get_contents(https://xxx.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/icon-whatsapp.svg): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found in /home/customer/www/xxx.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woodmart-core/post-types.php on line 724

I’m totally sure the svg files are there as I uploaded them twice because of the error. I’m using siteground for hosting, I don’t know if that makes any difference though. Please advise. Thanks!

    Hello,

We are Glad that one of your issues has been Resolved.

For the SVG icons issue, It seems that file_get_contents function for URLs is disabled on your server. You need to contact your provider and ask to enable this option.

    Best Regards
