urgent: theme issue and compatibility taking the website down

hi there our website down and getting HTTP 500 internal server error when we talked to our web host they did a test and mention it is theme problem. They switch to wordpress theme in staging website and resove the issue that mean what causing the problem is the theme we just migrated to this theme 10 days ago and we would appreicate your support in resolvin this major problem

We see that error appears in the child theme’s code that you added there. By default, our child theme doesn’t have any code that may cause troubles. Try to remove or fix the custom code there.
