This issue is affecting the user experience on our website. We request you to please check and resolve the issue at the earliest.
Kindly investigate the problem and let us know if you require any additional details from our side.
Looking forward to your quick support.
March 6, 2026 at 12:30 pm #711224Hello,
I have checked your website, and everything seems to be working fine now. The scrolling and navigation are functioning properly, and the site is not freezing.
Please try clearing your browser cache and check again. If the issue appears again, kindly share a short screen recording so we can investigate it further.
Best Regards

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I can check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards

techherbalhillsParticipantHi Team,
I have deactivated all the 3rd party plugins and kept only the theme-required plugins active as suggested. However, the issue is still not resolved.
I am sharing a video for your reference so you can clearly see the problem. Kindly check the video and help resolve this issue at the earliest.

To investigate this properly without affecting your live website. Please try to create a Staging platform where you can test issues, enable/disable features/plugins, thus such changes will affect the main site. Also, share the WP login details of the staging site so I can further check on your staging site and troubleshoot the issue.
The article below will help you to create it: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-create-staging-environment-for-a-wordpress-site/
Also please temporarily disable the verification on your site so i will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.
