I hope you’re well.
I’m reaching out regarding a critical issue on my website (madeinatlas.com). Since updating the Woodmart theme today, my site’s cart functionality has been completely broken—customers are unable to add products to their cart, with the process hanging indefinitely.
I contacted DreamPress support about this problem, and they indicated that the issue appears to be related to the Woodmart theme. They mentioned that when they temporarily activated a simple theme (such as Twenty Twenty-Five), the cart functionality worked correctly. This strongly suggests that the recent Woodmart update may have introduced a conflict or bug affecting WooCommerce’s dynamic operations.
Although the error isn’t consistently reproducible (it happens intermittently), it’s causing significant disruption to my store’s operations. I do have the option to restore from a backup; however, I’m concerned that the backup may not capture the current issue since it seems to manifest only under certain conditions.
Could you please investigate this matter urgently and advise on a fix or workaround to restore proper cart functionality? I rely heavily on Woodmart for my site’s design and performance, and any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

To clarify, the issue occurs every time I attempt to add a product to the cart after the latest Woodmart theme update (released today). When a customer clicks the “Add to Cart” button on any product page, the button enters a continuous loading state and the cart never updates—items are not added, and the page eventually just hangs. This behavior has been consistent across different browsers and devices.
I’ve also tested by temporarily switching to a default theme (e.g., Twenty Twenty-Five), and the cart functionality works correctly in that case, which strongly indicates that the problem is tied to the current Woodmart update.
Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter urgently, as the issue is directly impacting the cart functionality on my live store.

[email protected]ParticipantHere is another login access to avoid wasting time, if the old one doesn’t work, please use this one, as wordpress sometimes don’t recognize space in user name, please check this problem in cart ASAP as i’m running shopping ads campaign thanks

So please disable all plugins except these ones:
Elementor
Core plugin
WooCommerce
Enable the Parent themeThen activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
