Urgent! When cancelling an order, the ‘Wd Woo Layered Nav’ filter widget is displayed incorrectly
    Woodmarket 8.3.3 AllPatches installed | WordPress 6.8.3 | PHP 8.2

I have a filter for the ‘theme’ attribute (in Polish ‘motyw’), implemented using the ‘WoodMart WooCommerce Layered Nav’ widget. In general, I used this widget for all filters except the price filter.
When, for example, I place an order for the last product with the ‘theme’ attribute value X, the widget works correctly — the option to filter by value X disappears from the filter, and the product itself also disappears, since I have the WooCommerce option enabled to ‘hide out-of-stock items’.
When I edit the product manually and add stock, everything works correctly again: the product appears in the product grid along with the option to filter by value X of the ‘theme’ attribute.

However, if instead of manually editing the product I cancel the order to increase the product stock, then in this case the widget does not update, even though the product stock is updated in WP and the product appears in the product grid.
Please help me with this issue as soon as possible.

    Hello,

Thank you so much for contacting our support center.

To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.

    Regards

Could you check this on your side? Unfortunately, I don’t have much time for it right now.

    Hello,

This functionality comes with the WooCommerce plugin and our theme shouldn’t affect this. Our layered nav widget just adds some styling to the standard WooCommerce filter widget. So it doesn’t look like a theme issue but the way WooCommerce works. To check if it is somehow caused by WoodMart, you need to check with the default theme and test the same widget.

    Kind Regards

    Good afternoon,

I tested your widget in order to evaluate the issue in more detail. I selected the “TwentyTwenty Four” theme and added the standard WooCommerce filter widget on the shop page. As a result of the tests, everything works correctly. I was also very surprised that you changed only the styles, since your filters have more features, such as displaying colors, taxonomy icons, or showing the number of products for a given taxonomy (I know a bit about this, as I’ve been coding websites for years).

Nevertheless, I kindly ask for a quick resolution of the issue.

It looks like you added a new product filter block and not the default widget. Could you please send us your admin access so we can check this with the default theme to see the difference?

Yes, but our theme is still active on this website. We need to see how it works with the default theme first. Can you switch to the default theme or can do ourselves?

Good afternoon. In order to continue working on the website, I have created a copy of the site for testing and development for you and for future use (tests.amber-art.net), as I plan to restore the production site using a backup. May I provide you with access to the copy of the site so that we can continue working on solving the issue?

Yes, of course. We can do the troubleshooting on the staging as well.

We have just tested this on the staging website with the default theme and see the same problem – https://gyazo.com/e73a98ba2767c150c77bc3414097bb70
Note that we can’t reproduce it in our local environment, so it looks like some WooCommerce issue on your website only.
